A robot is basically a machine which can be programmed. We all as children have owned or seen a toy robot, well now what started as a fantasy in a fictional story written by Asimov in 1942 has become a reality. This website is called Robotic and hopefully will enlighten your knowledge and your interest in these human creations.

THE FUTURE OF ROBOTS

There seems to be no end to the uses that these machines can be put to. Now being developed are thinking machines which may in a few years be as intelligent as some human beings. Robots are now being produced as Soldiers (although they look nothing like a human being)

As man develops and finds out more about the planet where he lives, robots will also flourish.

Will they be able to overtake man at any point?   Who knows??? At this moment in time we cannot do without them, they are invaluable in our society. As we progress so do they.
